All new and returning families should print and fill out the 17-18 application when they bring proofs of residence and income (if necessary) to school to finish the application process.
The Department of Public Instruction has posted a number of tools and resources for parents for the upcoming 2017-18 student application process. In addition, they have updated the Private School Choice Program website https://apps4.dpi.wi.gov/ChoiceParent/Login/Login.aspx
to allow you to easily find the student application information.
Beginning February 1, a link to the online parent application is available at https://apps4.dpi.wi.gov/ChoiceParent/Login/Login.aspx.
A Spanish version of the application will also be available through the same website. There will be a link available so you can change the language from English to Spanish. More information is available at the links below.

Todas las familias nuevas y que regresan deben imprimir y llenar la solicitud 17-18 cuando traen pruebas de residencia e ingresos (si es necesario) a la escuela para terminar el proceso de solicitud.
El Departamento de Instrucción Pública ha publicado varias herramientas y recursos para los padres acerca del proceso de solicitud de los próximos estudiantes de 2016-2017.
