WHO WE ARE

Christ-St. Peter Lutheran School has been providing a Lutheran elementary school education to children on the near south side of Milwaukee for over 150 years through the ministries of St. Peter (church and school founded 1861) and Christ (church and school founded 1884) Lutheran Churches. As congregations, both St. Peter and Christ faithfully teach and preach God’s Word in English, Spanish, and Karen, reach out the community in many ways, and offer Christian education in an elementary school setting. The ministry they provide through the Lutheran elementary school is part of the identity of both churches. Each congregation has always loved and nurtured a Lutheran elementary school.
